Summary Of The Second Telephone Interview

I got a phonecall interview on Tuesday, July 31 from Westmont hospitality group for IT desk support job position. I did some preparation before the interview. the HR gave me a phone call, it was last 10mins. I would like to write down some of the questions which I can remember.

why did you leave you last company 
what did you do in your last job 
why you want to apply for this job
what do you see yourself career goals and what you will do in the 5years
what kind of tools you use when you troubleshooting the network issues.
what is your salary expectation

The problem I have :

1 I have written down all fo the pretention answer but it was hardly found it on the paper during the interview, so I d better get more familiar of those questions answer 

2 The answers I wrote it down  need to modify, make each answer consist and concise
make a highlight about each answer's keyword make sure I can find it as soon as possible.

3prepare story base on a keyword like time-manager, easy-going, customer focus, detail-focuses.
